Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress, comedian, activist) is a comedian. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her career as an actress when she was a young girl, just after moving to the United States. In AT&T commercials she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into until 2020. Apart from her commercial appearances, she was a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). She also had a recurring role as a character in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. Vayntrub has also been the voice of Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the TV pilot that was never aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her left antisemitism at just two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. At five years of age, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to difficulties in the family's finances. Vayntrub went to Beverly Hills High School briefly however she quit in her second year. She then obtained an GED and graduated with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. She learned improv comedy from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
