Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16 1987 is an American comedian and actress. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 until 2012. Since then she has been a part of the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as on the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the younger of her two kids. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator and Chris Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her grandfather was radio comedian Bob Elliott. Her sister, who is younger than her, is an actress Bridey Elliott they were both raised in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended high school in Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut, where she acted in school plays and musicals. She graduated from Immaculate High School, Connecticut in 2005. She quit Marymount Manhattan College during her first semester. In 2010, Elliott was in a relationship with Fred Armisen an actor on Saturday Night Live cast member. The couple split in September of 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer, on September 3rd in 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott started his comedy classes at The Groundlings. He then started training for and performing in sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
